Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time. If a comment is received after the agenda item is heard, it will not be a part of the record. 1. AUDIENCE COMMENTS. Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter may do so at this time through email. However, the State open meetings law (Government Code Section 54950 et seq.) prohibits the City Council from providing a detailed response or acting upon any item not contained on the agenda posted 72 hours before a regular meeting and 24 hours before a special meeting. If you wish to address the City Council at this time, please email the City Clerk prior to or during the meeting. Please limit your email remarks to three (3) minutes in length (350 words) that can be read, so others may have the opportunity to participate as well.

Transmits the interview panel's appointment recommendation for the Traffic and Parking Commission.
2. Complete Streets Plan
This report provides a summary of the Draft Complete Streets Plan contents, community feedback heard during the planning process, and potential next steps for City Council consideration regarding plan adoption.
3. Reconstitution Planning: COVID19 Update Regarding Plans for Resumption of In-Person City Services
This report will serve as an update regarding the future plans for the reconstitution of City Hall and City Facilities.
4. Recommendation by City Council Arts & Culture/Human Relations Liaisons and Arts & Culture/Human Relations Commissions to Host the "Sing for Hope Pianos", an Art in Public Spaces Project
The City Council Arts & Culture/Human Relations Commission Liaisons (Councilmembers Lili Bosse and John Mirisch) and the Arts & Culture and Human Relations Commissions recommend partnering with Sing for Hope, a New York based non-profit, and the Wallis Annenberg Center for Performing Arts to host the "Sing for Hope Pianos", an Art in Public Spaces project, in addition to allocating $50,000 towards expenses related to this effort.
